The sauna didn't work during my visit!!! Bathroom sink design caused items to roll straight to the drain!!! Outlets barely held plugs in!!! Inconsistent power interruptions throughout the day were quite bothersome!!!

esplendor is my favorite hotel with excellent rooftop pool views! the staff is super helpful and even offers room service via whatsapp, which made everything easier for me. they also have great access to lovely restaurants nearby.

Super clean room, y'all! The breakfast spread was better than a Sunday dinner and just so many choices. The pool was a downright delight after a hot day. The staff treated us like family, always checkin’ on us with a smile. Wish the drinks were included though, that would’ve been real nice.
